Exchange & Return

  1. 請於收貨後七日內向客服聯絡退換貨事宜並寄回本店,以便作出退換安排
  2. 退貨運費:
    1. 如因有瑕疵損壞/錯配商品 <例如:訂購S碼,收到M碼>而換貨,此程運費由本店負責
    2. 如因款式不合/尺碼不合/貨物與想像中不符或其他原因而需要退貨,運費由客人承擔
    1. 商品狀態必須為全新、無破損或污漬、包裝完好、不附有香水/體味/洗衣液之類的附加味道
    2. 正價貨品之退貨金額以禮品卡形式發送至郵箱,於下次購物使用
    3. 收到退貨件後七日內會安排退禮品卡購物金
    4. 下次購物使用禮品卡之訂單,將不能再次使用退換貨服務
      • 使用折扣碼的貨品、使用禮品卡的訂單、配件類(袋、耳環、口罩等)
      • 泳衣、潮牌、名牌商品均不設退換貨服務
        We accept returns of any Deluna items (except for accessories and discount items) in their original condition within 7 days upon receipt.
        If you wish to return an item, make sure it is unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
        To start a return, send us an email to or through WhatsApp 46079931. If your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and easy-to-follow instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
        After we receive your return package, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
        All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt. If your return meet the requirements stated in our Returns policy, we will issue a refund to your Gift Card by email.

        Original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.
