2. 我在香港購物可以享受免費送貨服務嗎?

對,只要你的訂單滿三件(指定產品除外),我們就會提供免費順豐站或智能櫃送貨服務。

 3. 我可以退貨或者換貨嗎?

當然可以。只要正價韓裝產品在購買後的7天內沒有損壞且未穿戴過,我們可接受退換貨。

4. 我想要優惠券/折扣碼,該去哪裡找?

我們經常在 IG @delunaboutique 發布優惠信息。請關注我們,以確保不錯過任何優惠活動。

5. 你們的衣服尺寸標準嗎?

我們的衣服尺寸一般遵循韓國尺寸標準,但建議在購買前先參考我們的尺寸表(如網站沒有說明可透過WhatsApp客服查詢),以確保找到最合適的尺寸。

6. 我可以在店裡試穿服裝嗎?

我們目前只提供線上服務,暫時沒有實體店面供顧客試穿。但我們可提供詳細的尺寸指南以及靈活的退換貨政策,以確保你對購買的商品滿意。

7. 為什麼下單後我沒有收到電郵?

電郵是在確認付款後由系統自動發出,請確認填上正確的電郵地址。假如顧客確認電郵地址無誤,請先行查看垃圾郵件箱,若未能收到確認電郵,請與我們客服聯絡。

8. 一般下單後多久才能寄出貨品?

如果產品有現貨,我們會在收妥客人付款後的3個工作天內寄出 。如果產品沒有現貨,便按正常訂貨程序在完成付款後當天計起大約7-21個工作天寄出

9. 在收到貨品前是否可以更改送貨地址?

可以。請直接回覆訂貨電郵,跟我們客服聯絡,並提供新的送貨地址。

10. 如果我付款後突然改變主意,想要另一件貨品,可以更改嗎?

非常抱歉,付款後不可以更改訂單項目。一般情況下,我們會在確認訂單後,才向韓國廠商訂貨,故即使貨品仍然未寄出,也不能夠轉換款式。

11. 在收到貨品前是否可以更改已訂購貨品的顏色或尺碼?

請客人小心核對商品後,才確認訂單,訂單一經確認,即使貨品尚未寄出,亦不可就顏色及尺碼作出更改。

12. 請問衣服應該如何清洗?

本店不建議客人用洗衣機清洗衣服,避免衣服出現縮水或者脫色的情況,建議手洗或乾洗可保持衣服的最佳狀態 。

13. 我急著要取得貨品,付款後可否立刻寄出?

全現貨訂單可即時聯絡WhatsApp客服,我們會盡量安排即日寄出,一般寄出後隔日就可以收到貨(假期除外)。

14. 請問順豐運費到付幾錢?

如單次購物未滿三件,運費位置會顯示為免費,因運費並非由本店收取而是由快遞公司直接收取。

所有貨品均由韓國寄往澳門工作室,再由澳門寄出至訂單目的地,而運費(~1KG)由澳門寄往香港順豐站/智能櫃大約是HK$35。

港澳以外地區均不設包郵,可WhatsApp客服查詢寄往不同地方的運費事宜。

2. Can I enjoy free delivery service for shopping in Hong Kong?

Yes, as long as your order has three pieces (excluding specified products), we will provide free SF Station or Smart Locker delivery service.

3. Can I return or exchange goods?

Certainly. We accept returns/exchanges as long as the full-priced Korean clothing product is undamaged and not worn within 7 days of purchase.

4. I want coupons/discount codes, where can I find them?

We frequently post promotional information on our social media pages and email newsletters. Please follow us to ensure you don't miss any promotional events.

5. Are your clothing sizes standard?

Our clothing sizes generally follow Korean standards, but we recommend referring to our size chart before purchase (if not on the website, it can be obtained through customer service) to ensure you find the most suitable size.

6. Can I try on clothing in the store?

We currently only provide online services and do not have a physical store for customers to try on. However, we provide a detailed size guide and a flexible return/exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with the products you buy.

7. Why didn't I receive an email after placing the order?

The email is automatically sent by the system after payment confirmation, please make sure to provide the correct email address. If the customer confirms the email address is correct, please check the spam mailbox first. If you cannot receive the confirmation email, please contact our customer service.

8. How long after placing an order can the goods be shipped?

If the product is in stock, we will ship it within 3 working days after receiving the customer's payment. If the product is not in stock, it will be sent out approximately 7-21 working days after payment according to the normal ordering process.

9. Can I change the delivery address before receiving the goods?

Yes, you can. Please reply directly to the order email, contact our customer service, and provide a new delivery address.

10. If I suddenly change my mind after payment and want another product, can I change it?

We are sorry, but you cannot change the order items after payment. Generally, we order from Korean manufacturers after confirming the order, so even if the goods have not been shipped yet, they cannot be changed.

11. Can I change the color or size of the product I have ordered before receiving the goods?

Please confirm the order carefully after checking the goods. Once the order is confirmed, even if the goods have not been shipped, no changes can be made in terms of color and size.

12. How should I wash the clothes?

We do not recommend customers to wash clothes in a washing machine to avoid shrinkage or discoloration of the clothes. We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning to keep the clothes in the best condition.

13. I'm in a hurry to get the goods, can they be shipped immediately after payment?

For all in-stock orders, you can immediately contact WhatsApp customer service, and we will try our best to arrange the same-day shipment. Generally, you can receive the goods the day after they are shipped (excluding holidays).

14. How much is the freight on delivery?

If you buy less than three pieces in a single purchase, the postage location will be displayed as SF Pay on Delivery --> Free. The freight is not collected by us but directly by SF Express.

All goods are shipped from Korea to our studio in Macau, and then sent from Macau to the order destination. The freight (~1KG) from Macau to Hong Kong SF Station/Smart Cabinet is about $35.

Postage is not included in areas outside of Hong Kong and Macau. You can inquire with customer service about the freight charges to different places.
