  • 現貨: 付款後於3個工作天內寄出
  • 預訂: 自下單日起計，需等待7-21個工作天
  • 商品沒有標明現貨狀態均需預訂
  • 若訂單包含預訂及現貨商品，會默認到貨後一併寄出
其他事項
  • 東大門換款速度快，有可能會遇到斷貨情況；若商品缺貨，會WhatsApp聯絡安排換貨或退款
  • 如退款後未達免運門檻，恕不作任何賠償
  • 澳門客人使用非銀行轉賬方式付款，將以禮品卡形式退款（等同於購物金，可於下次購物連同其他優惠使用）
  • 所有正價商品（潮牌除外）收貨後七日內可向客服聯絡退換貨事宜
  • 請仔細確認閣下所購買的商品，訂單確認後則不能更改
  • 購入時所提交的姓名、地址、電話或其他資訊有更改時，請立即與客服聯絡
  • 如閣下提交的資訊有誤而沒有作出更改，本店一概不會負上任何責任的。
  • 為配合不定期優惠活動，部份商品在各階段將以不同價格出售，屬價格正常調動，不提供補回差價安排
  • 所有訂單均以港元結算
  • 貨品有機會受燈光、拍攝環境與顯示器的光暗影響出現色差，屬正常現象
  • 建議所有服飾產品初次洗滌皆進行乾洗

Spot orders will be shipped within three business days. For pre-order items, we will ship within 7-20 business days after receiving it.

If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a replacement or refund. If the refund does not reach the free shipping threshold, please note that no compensation will be made.

If you are using “Macau Electronic Consumption Benefit plan” for payment, there will be only refundable Deluna coupons (can be used for next purchase)
