Exchange & Return
Only regular-priced KR products are eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the goods to arrange a return or exchange. Please return the item to our store so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Return shipping cost:
- For exchanges due to defective, damaged, or mismatched items (e.g., ordering size S but receiving size M), the shipping cost will be covered by our store.
- If a return is required due to style/size mismatch/product not meeting expectations or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs .
- The product must be brand new, undamaged or stained, in its original packaging, and free of any additional scents such as perfume , body odor , or laundry detergent.
- The refund amount for full-price items will be sent to your email address as a gift card , which you can use for your next purchase.
- The gift card shopping credit will be refunded within seven days of receiving the returned item.
- Orders placed using gift cards on your next purchase will not be eligible for return or exchange services.
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items using discount codes, orders using gift cards, and accessories ( bags, earrings, masks, etc. )
- Swimsuits, trendy brands, and designer items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We accept returns of any Deluna items (except for accessories and discount items) in their original condition within 7 days upon receipt.

If you wish to return an item, make sure it is unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, send us an email to hello@lovedeluna.com or through WhatsApp 46079931 . If your request is approved, we'll send you the return address and easy-to-follow instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we receive your return package, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt. If your return meets the requirements stated in our Returns policy, we will issue a refund to your Gift Card by email.

Original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.
