- In stock: Shipped within 3 business days after payment.
- Booking: 7-21 business days from the date of order.
- Products not marked as in stock must be pre-ordered.
- If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, they will be shipped together upon arrival.
- Dongdaemun offers fast item turnover, but stockouts may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange or refund.
- No compensation will be provided if the refund does not meet the free shipping threshold.
- For Macau customers who pay via non-bank transfer, the refund will be issued as a gift card (equivalent to shopping credit, which can be used in conjunction with other offers on the next purchase).
- For all regular-priced items (excluding trendy brands), you can contact customer service within seven days of receiving the goods to arrange returns and exchanges.
- Please carefully review the items you purchased. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If you have any changes to the name, address, phone number, or other information submitted at the time of purchase, please contact customer service immediately.
- If the information you submitted is incorrect and you do not make any changes, our store will not be held responsible in any way .
- To coincide with occasional promotional events, some items will be sold at different prices at different times. This is a normal price adjustment, and no price difference refund will be provided.
- All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
- The product may exhibit color variations due to factors such as lighting, shooting environment, and monitor brightness; this is normal.
- It is recommended that all clothing items be dry-cleaned for the first wash.
